Palpitations

Hey I haven't had these in a while but I've had really bad stress last week ... it started to nyt in work just randomly I was having a laugh all day and then out of the blue it started I've had these checked in the past and I was fine but now I just think there's something seriously rong ...also am on my month could that be anything to do with it

I can't speak to what's going on with you now and maybe there's something wrong, but you say you've had really bad stress in plast week so maybe thats your answer and its not out of the blue?

Hi i have had palpitations on and off for about 4 years now,and i do think they get worse when we are more anxious or stressed,like you say i too have had them checked and told they were fine by gp and had a 24hr monitor ,showed a couple of ectopics which are palpitations,skipped beats,like you i can cope with them for a while then i feel myself getting stressed about them again and tell myself they must be something serious,i think we just have to accept they are part of how we are feeling and symptoms of anxiety,and yes i think they can be connected to hormones ,its hard but keep trying to enjoy each day and keep laughing
