Can anyone help me with all this can anyone tell me their coping skills like what do u do when u can't sleep because that happens to me a lot and what do u do when u have an anxiety attack I just want to know everyone else's skills

its very difficult; dont drink tea several hours before bed, or coffee; i take a 5mg valium if i have to; im just starting to try to listen to relaxation stuff; you can get apps on your mobile ;maybe its worth a try?

It sounds very drastic but when I can't sleep and my heart feels 'off' and my minds racing I simply 'accept' I may die and not wake up. I get myself to the point where I think 'okay then whatever -take me' and only when I get to this point can I get to sleep... yay, ha!
