i really dont know whats wrong with me tonight i havent felt like this in ages. i feel sick and disoriantated like im not here and i keep panicking and feeling my heart beat and my pulse t make sure im okay. it sounds daft but i just need reasurrance i just feel like im dying.

I feel your panic have a nice drink of water deep breaths you'll be fine don't over think ignore your heart beat it's racing because your panicking it's adrenaline x
im not sure :/ im not as panacky but i still feel slighlty weird :/
