I have bad anxiety issues and constantly worry about my health!

A little backstory is I'm a male freshman in highschool, I'm also a late bloomer as I am just starting to go through puberty. As a more gross example of my anxiety is masturbation. Yesterday I tried to "jack off" for the first time as I heard it was a bit of a good stress reliever with finals going on right now. So what happened is when I did it, I got this weird sensation and pre-ejaculatory fluid came out. This freaked me out and ever since then I've been worried that I did something I shouldn't do. If anyone can help me with a way to not think about those things or in general not even worry about them in the first place. Thank you!
