I was doing OK I was not a 100% OK but I was feeling better for a few days but yesterday was really stressful and made my anxiety kick in bad from last night to today hate this hate feeling OK to go back to this shit of anaxity and depression and have I have panic attacks and find it hard to breath

I don't have an answer for you but, I think I know how you feel. It's hard to go day just waiting for the anxiety to rear its ugly head. I am so sorry
I'm in that half way feeling aswell u feel totally calm and it comes on ? ... I'm having random palps in my heart even though am not thinking of it .. is it any thing like this ... ? ... that breathing one I held my breath for 10 secs and then I took a deep breath... lydown and do some breathing I got one of those colouring in books... took a long walk and if u can do that ur lungs are fine ! It puts ur mind at ease x
