Feeling breathless

I hate when when I feel breathless and it causes me to panic thinking there's something wrong and I'll stop breathing soon but the second I get distracted and forget about it I'm perfectly fine and don't feel breathless at all. I wonder if one day I'll go back to who I was before and not have to worry about anything

I also get breathless, shortness of breath chest pains you name it. You would think at some point it wouldn't scare you as much, but I get scared every single time it happens. I have to keep busy because that's also when I notice every little thing. I hate this crap I hope one day we can all go back to who we were. I don't take any medication as of now I'm trying to avoid it if I can. 😒
