Sleep meditation

I suffer from very poor sleep due to anxiety and working nights.

Somebody posted a very good voice only video on sleep meditation in response to a post about sleep problem.

Now that I'm going to sleep I want to use it but cannot find it/ cannot remember where it was.

Is it possible that the person who posted it do so again? I desperately need it!

Thank you so much sunnyg, this is the one I was looking for. I'm not good at computers but I will try and copy it on a dvd so I can have it handy.

Do you get these from a website?
