Thats right! dont let the anxiety control us we control it we are strong and have the power to do so i beileve i finally had a really bad anxiety for like 2 months infor got how to handle it yesterday but i guess will have one of those moments ! once in a while! but yall are ok we all are its hard but we have to learn what can distract us from not happening keeo busy keep moving and we can do it !! it takes more longer then others for us yo feel normal again good luck to evry one have a great day yall
