Funny turn!

Hi, not posted for a while luckily things not been too bad...until 4am this morning when I work very suddenly and the whole room span I couldn't walk properly to the loo had to hang on to the towel rail.. my stomach is aching I felt sick etc got back to bed and have felt woozy and shook up since quiet spacey and limbs feel tense and heavy .. It's just come out of the blue and I'm panicking now as to what's wrong.. I went to bed fine.. Any help or any experiences please..

Doesn't sound worrying at all. Lots of possible causes but none serious and providing it resolves, then something to put behind you and forget. Worrying about it will make things worse
