When you take a nap are you falling asleep anxious? Because chances are if you do then your adrenal glands are speeding up when your nervous and is causing you to feel shaky. It's a very common anxiety symptom I used to get badly. It will not harm you just take slow deep breathes and focus on your body relaxing.
Yes I feel asleep? But my body is shaking from the inside its a little bit hard to describe??
cortisol (stress chemical) builds up in your system when you sleep this is why you wake up shaky it affects us nervous people a lot more we already have more stress hormones flying around in our bodies as we are always on alert
