Just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on how to deal with losing your dog....I am 32 weeks pregnant and really struggling to control my grief after my dog was PTS 2 weeks ago. I've lost all motivation and generally just feel so low every day. Any advice or just to be able to talk to someone would be a help :(.

First of all I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dog ~thing is if you had him/her put to sleep you did the right thing to save any suffering. I have lost many pets over the years and always takes time to get over it ~try to remember your dog would have loved you and you would have loved him/her back ~ it's still early days for you and you are bound to still be upset ~ it will get better in time~take care 🌼
Hi love, I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I've had to say goodbye to one of my dogs before and almost had to do it with another and it is truly one of the most difficult losses. Dogs become such a huge part of our lives. One thing that helped me and my family get over the death of our dog was by making a scrapbook of pictures of him and memories. Grieving is natural when it comes to pets, and grieving is a process, which explains the lack of motivation. Allow yourself to go through that process and feel the things you're feeling, don't try to push them way. It will get easier with time. If you need to talk, everyone on here is more than willing. Good luck and congratulations on the pregnancy.
