Burning pain in head someone give me advice

I have a burning sensation on the top of my head in one spot can someone relate to this or help me out ?

Yes me tooo... like i don't want to think about anything but i am thinking over and over again... later i realised i don't have any problem then why should i think... if i have i can solve it.. and i changed the places went to temple had excellent relief spent time with cousins... like when i got this again i feel like god is with me he is here... he touching my head...

Neck stiffness it's quite bad

Have you tried PT? It doesn't fix everything, but does help quite a bit.
