Waking up every morning with anxiety!

Why do I wake up every morning with anxiety?!? I hate this I have sweaty hands and a pounding heart that I can literally hear while laying down. I really don't understand it .

Hi jomarie, usually I say stay away from google but in this instance I'd say ask that question because there is some good information out there that explains why!! Hope that helps a bit 😀

Hi JoMarie, One of my anxiety symptoms is a pounding heart too. I don't get it when I wake up. Anytime I drive I do. Anytime I sway from my normal routine. Or if I think of something upsetting. At the Drs. last week, it was pounding. He said it sounded fine. Makes you wonder,right? When does yours pound? ....Ruby🌹

My heart normally ponds when I first wake up in the morning or when I'm just relaxing 😞
