Another same bs night ..STOMACH PAIN

This is literally takeing over my life I wanna end it because I can't get better, 6 years of bs can't find nothing wrong :(! Right now all day yesterday and today bin feeling like my stomach is turning and tearing I get so hungry but when I eat just causes it to hurt again....I have had cold sweats all day I feel hot inside but cold same time ....bin burping well I burp all day everyday jus feel like there's a ball in my stomach shits uncomfortable I ate a hot dog and a piece of peanut butter and jelly with a glass of juice today :/ I just feel full someone relate ??

Have you seen a doctor about possible having acid reflux or an ulcer ?

Yes every single thing you could think of cameras tests not a single thing they said they could find
