I know what you're talking about, to me it feels like I can't sit in one place and I have to keep moving. Its most likely anxiety and it's normal. Don't fear it. It will go away if you keep facing it and ignoring it.
I get that all the time. It's like a feeling of aggression going through my veins. I can literally feel it sweeping over my body. It goes after 10 mins or so.
I'm not quite sure if you mean the emotion of irritation being translated into dynamic tension in the muscles. If so I get it when I'm uncomfortable with something, my body reacts before my conscious thinking has caught up. I do get it with tv programmes because I find them jarring. There is often a background buzzing and cameras move every 2 seconds, not to mention the appalling content of much of what is on tv. I also get it if I'm generally uneasy in a social or other situation where I have to pretend to be interested. It's like a restlessness and I feel I just want to get away. Does that sound like your experience?
