I have created a new concept in the form of a blog called the Anxiety Bin.
It is a platform where you can rant, mind dump, clear your thoughts anonomously in order to help release anxiety as not everyone has that person they can speak to or like me feel like they are overloading on to those closest.
Please know that no advice will be given on this website nor is it a place for your most negative thoughts. It is more like having a rant to your best friend or partner when life gets too much!
