Feel sad 😪

anybody here like to listen to music. ?? I have no desire to go out with friends and listening to music. before I loved to do.😢

Hi Biakey, Your post got me thinking. I use to listen to music on my headphones even when going to the dentist or sitting in a doctor's waiting room. Short of listening to a music station while driving, I don't anymore. Since the anxiety got so bad 6 years ago, I switched to relaxation tapes. I find when I hear any song, it stirs up my emotions and I can feel anxiety rising. Especially the oldie but goodie songs of the past bring back memories. Going out with friends is no longer an option. Having been Agoraphobic and GAD pushed people away. I don't know if that is your reason or if it's because of depression. Either way, I wish you well and hope things change for you.

I live on music. It helps me so so much. I keep my headphones in most of the day... I have no desire for anything either. It sucks because I am not this person. I don't know what happened. I feel your sadness, I feel sad myself. Can't stop crying. I feel like its never going to get better, even though I know it will someday.

Hi Biakey, as for me when listening to music and song will help relaxing my mind. Find some good songs with good lyrics. Wish you well.
