Head explode?

Does anyone ever feel like their head gets really tight and almost throbbing pressure . It's not painful. I'll just feel like someone is cutting off blood supply to my head almost and my head feels tight, like I'm gonna pass out feeling

I don't get the tightness feeling but I do get the feeling like I may passout and it terrifies me everytime, sometimes get like brain fog n dull headaches too

Charity, I describe it as feeling like a rubberbank around my neck. Relaxing will help that pressure feeling. Deep breathe as well, blowing out slowly reduces the all over tightness.

Some years ago I suffered with this a lot. Dreadful feeling that I never mentioned to anyone It suddenly cleared up on its own, as a lot of things do. Our minds and bodies are amazing if we allow them to be.. I wish you well.
