Well with everything going on with my anxiety and finding it very hard to cope with.. Today I got out of the house and went to Barnes and nobles and got two books. "Change your brain change your life" and "the anxiety tool kit". Thought I would give these two books a try. What can I lose at this point. Still having some back pain that goes into my ribs and some of my chest I think I am going to call the doctors tomorrow. Ugh can't wait to go to bed. Feel so tired.
