Could my chest pain that I get daily be from over breathing? As I over breathe like every day. I constantly think I'm out of breath so I sit there and breathe more and as well as yawn to get that deep breath. I had tests done maybe 3-4 times and everything came out perfect so just wondering could that be it

Chest pain
I also have the problem of over breathing I have been doing it for 7 years now it's one of the worst things to have it sucks the energy from your body and makes you feel even more anxious because you are always aware of a thing that should be automatic and not something we should be aware that we are doing but yes definetly this will make your chest hurt Along with your abdominal muscles and your back too. I always notice that if my mind is focusing on another symptom that is giving me anxiety my breathing problem will go away until my mind goes back to it. I also feel like I need to yawn or take a deep breath but my breathing problem is mostly that I feel like I can't exhale comfortably if that makes any sense? I have seen many dr's in regards to this symptom and no one seems to understand what I'm talking about
I noticed that too when I feel something else like the other day my gum was hurting as I was the dentist that day and had an injection so my gums were sore so I kept focusing on that pain and that day I felt really good no feeling of breathlessness and little chest pain
Do you ever notice that when you excersise your breath will become normal rhythm? For me when I get out and get my blood pumping with fast walking or something I notice j start to breath normal
But as soon as I stop my breathing becomes erratic again
It's just anxiety playing tricks on you. There are a myriad of symptoms. Most are common, some less so. Don't fall for it. Don't tune in to them, just observe them without resisting any of it. Do something else. Read a book, watch television but just let the anxiety do what it wants to do.. It can't harm you. The thoughts and feelings really aren't the problem. It is your fearful reaction to them that keeps them coming but there is nothing to fear. It is just the anxiety that makes you think that way. You have anxious thoughts because you have anxiety.
If you want to float to the surface and find peace, you first need to let go of the bottom which are the anxiety symptoms.
Hope this helps
