I don't know if this is peri menopause or what but I'm crying a lot. 3 weeks ago we lost our sweet "Shadow" she was 17 years old, she was a lab collie mix snd she entered our lives at ) 6 months old and passed away 3 weeks ago , and left a hole in all our hearts and my little"Moe" is sad, he came to us last year and the two of them were inseparable. But I feel as I get older and people and loved pet family members leave us , and children get older , I'm lonely, even though I'm married with a 14 year old daughter and 27 year old son . My son isn't home much and I find myself missing that little boy who used to hold my hand and my little girl is growing up, my husband and I are ok , but I'm falling apart emotionally. Any advice how to keep it together? Thank You , lynl
