Does everyone find themselves catching a big breathe and sighing a lot? Is that normal for someone who is anxious?!

Yes yes yes! My husband says he hears me sigh about 40 times every five minutes 😂 I think it's because we are breathing shallow, we need to breathe from our stomachs. I sighed about two times typing out this reply lol

Thanks Charity! Glad it's not only me. Worried about the breathing but you are right I suppose! I do it every 10 minutes I'd say!

Thank you Allinthemind. Makes sense like that, is it possible to have that majority of the day? I hope no damage can be done through it constantly being like this

Yeah it's medical anxiety Allinthemind. Worried about every little thing. And anything that happens in my body makes me so much worse. I can't cope with it at the moment.

I started worrying about my heart. As I was taking to hospital with a racing heart. Since then I have forgot about my heart and have assumed I have some sort of other illness. All it took today was a stomach pain and I jumped out of bed and thought what's that. Which triggers high levels of anxiety I guess?? I've been doing a lot better. But today I let myself down. Just need to believe this is all in my head! How are you?
