hi i forgot my login for getreal2000, but i was just wondering if anyone can relate.
ive been up and down past few days, feeling good then bad again, but it always seems i get bad when i overthink and think about the dreaded holiday that caused this all. i just cant seem to get it out my head and it scares me. ill feel so so good like normal again then it just hits me without me even realizing. any advice? or anyone who is recovering/recovered tell me how it felt to see if this is normal to have ups and downs?

Hey! Yes, it's normal to have ups and downs, especially in the recovery process. You start to experience "up" moments when the brain is recovering. Eventually the DR will fade all together
