Something chasing me

I'm bipolar 1 and schitzoeffective PTSD and paranoia and severe anxiety lately I've been hearing things and so far 4 x I've gone out in back porch I had to run back in the house something chasing me and there's nothing there at times I hear the door slam hard and nobody there I feel like someone watching me it's making me crazy and my mind is just pure racing thoughts I get a shot every 28 days called in vega sustenna I'm wondering if they need to up my dose has anyone experienced this?
