Anxiety symptoms with no thoughts provoking it.

I was wondering if any of you have anxiety symptoms but there is nothing giving you anxiety. I have chest pressure and pain and upper middle back pain. Of course this will cause some concern for me as I think this is heart related but then I remember all of the tests I have done to reassure me.

Any who, anyone else have this happen to them? If so, how long does it last and what do you do to get rid of it? Thank you in advance. Cheers.

Hi that's exactly how I am I've no worries or anything so why the anxiety we ask ourselves it does go off I tend to stop at home when I feel like that I feel safe in my own space hope u feel better soon
