Bad dreams

I've been on citolpram since last October there ok still get my good days and not so gud days my sleeping pattern is terrible but I'm having terrible dreams people who have passed away are in them every night these dreams it's doing my head in

Have you tried stopping the medication and seeing how you feel? I know that it can be hard to sleep without it but I have managed to stop taking the sleeping meds through exercising more and doing more during the day. The problem with the meds is when you have bad dreams, it's a lot harder for your body to wake out of it. I know from personal experience. Otherwise, try talking to other people about it (my cousin highly recommends counselling to everyone she meets so you could give that a shot!) but I mainly talk to my parents about it and it helps.
