Dizziness

Having a bout against dizziness almost everyday now. Anyone like this?

Yes same here. I've begin to notice it more these past two weeks for me. I'll get dizzy even just sitting down. Well even lightheaded. I went to church today and as I'm focusing on the pastor I began to feel dizzy. I got a rush of adrenaline hit me and then nervousness hit me. It came in waves and dry mout came too. I found myself taking deep breaths and talying to myself here and there while in church.
