Numbness tingling kinda like cat got tounge and I get tired n right away out nowhere

I get numbness in my tongue and lips when my anxiety is present. It's one of my first symptoms and that's how I know to take my anxiety medicine. I've cut that med way down but I stay aware of when to take a small dose by monitoring myself and whether I feel any numbness in my tongue or lips. Other possible symptoms are a faster heartbeat (or so it seems) or faster breathing and an edginess. If you have a regular schedule of when to take your anti-anxiety meds, don't change it simply because you get these symptoms. I'm not saying do that against Dr's. orders. It's entirely possible to relax and slow yourself down if your situation allows you to, and these symptoms can go away. My situation is such that I've voluntarily cut my meds in half and can therefore choose when to take my 1st dose of the day.

I get a numb tongue from anxiety all the time! Have you ever gotten a filling at the dentist? It feels as bad as that!

I get it all the time to get the numbness and pins needles in my head fingers hands and leg every day my hole body feels numb on a daily basis it's horrible
