Due to my husband's mental health I am under a lot of stress, coping in a sort of a way, my main problem is I just can't cry, feel if I could have "A good cry" it would help. Any advice? - thanks

if you could watch a very sad film. it would be a lot easier to cry as you are not involved with the people in the film and dont have to put a brave face on for them as thats maybe what you have been doing, trying not to cry when you really want to and now you cant cry as your unconscious mind is working.god bless you dear. and please try and watch that sad film as im sure you will be able to cry. love grace xoxoxo

Very kind and thoughtful reply. When I was watching some of the queen's 90th birthday T.V. esp. trouping the colour I almost managed then. Think partly it is that I'm afraid that once I start I won't be able to stop.

I know that a lot of folks are worse of than I, maybe I try to hard , also am more than a bit sorry for myself. many thanks for your blessing. xxx
