I wake so many times at night find it hard to go back to sleep.this is causing me to have headaches in morning

Do you try anything to help you fall back to sleep?

I just lie there and think of things I think I have just got in to bad habits along with the anxiety

I use lavender oil before bed. I just apply it to my temples and I'll soon start feeling tired. Also hot drinks work great too.

There is medication that can help but I prefer to not use any.

Hi steven14, I could imagine having headaches from poor sleep. Have you tried listening to relaxation/imagery before falling asleep as well as deep breathing? It calms the mind and body. Should you wake up in the middle of the night, once again start the deep breathing and hopefully it will lull you back to sleep. I do this both at night and first thing in the morning to calm the morning anxiety. It works.... Wish you well.

NO SUGAR OR CAFFEEN I CAN NOT SLEEP TO MUCH ON MY MIND CAN NOT RELAX LIKE I ONCE DID I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

I'm sorry your going through this! I was waking up every hr or 2 :/ I'm drinking kava tea and chai spice and that seems to help a bit I'm sleeping 5 hrs now. I hope this tips help you. Hugs
