I just lie there and think of things I think I have just got in to bad habits along with the anxiety
Hi steven14, I could imagine having headaches from poor sleep. Have you tried listening to relaxation/imagery before falling asleep as well as deep breathing? It calms the mind and body. Should you wake up in the middle of the night, once again start the deep breathing and hopefully it will lull you back to sleep. I do this both at night and first thing in the morning to calm the morning anxiety. It works.... Wish you well.

I'm sorry your going through this! I was waking up every hr or 2 :/ I'm drinking kava tea and chai spice and that seems to help a bit I'm sleeping 5 hrs now. I hope this tips help you. Hugs
