Tips

I was in a strong anxiety spiral. I have some tips for you.

1. NEVER ASK DR. GOOGLE! (A must)

2. Go to a doctor if in doubt.

3. Pray to God. I don't care if you are an agnostic, atheist or whatever. Having faith is enough. Realize that something is bigger than us. When I was water baptized, the fear of having a heart attack or problem instantly vanished. I was pain and fear free for a week. But recently, I am again obsessed with another one and thank God the test is normal.

Again, NEVER EVER consult Dr. Google.

  • Oh yes google will send u in the mud it will for sure make your anxiety worse

  • I first was diagnosed with AFIB (heart arrhythmia) when I was 23.

About a year later I got panic attacks out of nowhere! (but it was actually from my afib experiance).

The anxiety/panic attacks where more scary than the AFIB, because it is an unseen, unmeasurable and selfdoubting enemy. I got treatment for the anxiety, and it helped me a lot.

One of the strategies that I use is : Arresting my thoughts.

(The inspiration comes from: 2 Corinthians 10:5 King James Version (KJV)

    "

and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ"

I do not allow any thought to come into my brain, it's my brain and I will allow who I want to.

So I "catch" every thought, examen it. If it does not make sence, is evil, scary, or not wholesome for me, I arrest it and take it out of my mind.

I know it sounds crazy! But you must control what thoughts you are thinking and receiving.
