Heart burn

Has any one got heartburn during aniexty. I feel like it's gonna be a heart attack I just had sex with my boyfriend and then now I'm feeling heart burn I don't get

Heartburn can be caused by anxiety and stress. I experience it myself on occasion. Working out can aggravate heartburn in people, and sex can be like working out. Although some of the symptoms of heartburn can mimic those of a heart attack, I don't think that heartburn can cause a heart attack. Some people can reduce or eliminate heartburn by changing their diets or by reducing stress and anxiety. It can kind of be a viscous cycle, but it may be good to check with your doctor to rule things out and give you peace of mind.

I don't get it often just did tonight and I have really bad anixiety so I always think the worse

I know what that's like. My anxiety was not very helpful when I was in the same situation. If you have tums that should help relieve some of the heartburn symptoms so you can relax your mind.
