I'm on meds for OCD. But this week it doesn't seem to be working. I'm having obessive thoughts, that's making me pretty much cry all day. I can't control it and it's too ffrustrating. Just when I think I'm okay it starts again.

How long have you been taking the meds ?
When we suffer with severe ocd it takes a while but as you have said you have been doing really well except today it has reared it's head again but you know these thoughts are your ocd , I understand how upsetting they can be but try and ride through today and hopefully tomorrow they will have subsided again
Depending on how long you have been taking the meds if it keeps happening have a word with the Doctor they may want to increase the dose but if it is still early days since you started taking them then they will no doubt want you to give them a while longer
