Been off for nearly three weeks now, first for asthma now anxiety. But I just can't stop over thinking everything. I also think I may of upset someone at work as she's put something up on Facebook about you only have yourself to blame not others for your short falls. Bit afraid to go back to work because of it but I don't even know if it is about me. I'm not sure if someone has said something to her at work about me as she always has me on edge and she likes to talk to people behind their backs. Just can't stop worrying
