Idk i feel so Very Depressed...Iam upset with alot of things i got going on at the moment. And My anxiety is just Makimg me feel so out of place. So Off from reality. Idk if iam the only one who feels this way but man it so depressing. My Panic attacks have returned and iam So Lost.... Idk what to do anymore...
