You can't stop it if its anxiety all u can do is mask it by saying that chew ment gum trust me it truly works but if you.. go to the doctor to rule out anything life threatening
Is it like fuzzy feeling kind if like pop rock cany popin in your mouth idk thats the only way i can describe it when i had it in my mouth
