A Question worth asking ( Discussion/ looking for answers, join in please )

We all know that Anxiety can cause u to have digestive and constipation as well as other digestive problems.. Since the brain and the gut are connected in lots of nerves..

but don't u think that Constipation and digestive system can also cause Anixety?

Because i seem to recall a lot of people who has digestive issues and Anxiety takes Probiotic in order to feel better and it does work but so far no scientifical explanation on this or evidence..

What do you think?

  • I had ibs before anxiety and then reflux since I've had anxiety so yes I think there is a strong link between gut health and mental health.

  • Exactly, lots of people find good improvement in Anxiety whenever they are taking probiotic.. i might try this
