Hello everyone... My anxiety is getting better, but I have a question .. is it normal to wonder why I'm not having anxiety?? Lol I know it sounds silly but I'm so used to having anxiety and panic attacks, that I'm throwing myself into one, because I'm not having one lol smh.... Has anyone else ever experienced this before??

Yes I do experience it TJT188, it is strange isn't it? We all hope for anxiety to go away and when it does, it's like a part of us is missing. You're not alone in feeling that way. All in all thought, I wouldn't trade wondering for the bad episodes I use to have. Embrace the feeling.

You're still having anxiety by worrying about not having anxiety. It's like a viscous circle. But so nice to see someone is feeling a bit better! You're so used to being attached to anxiety/panic that your body is probably in withdrawal by feeling calmer. Embrace your new feelings and just roll with it 😊 xxx
Perhaps you have given it less importance, The program I'm using is helping me, and sometimes its about not giving the problem to much energy, its about building emotional energy up to push back boundaries and limitations we place on our-self, or allow other people to place upon us. Whatever it is enjoy it
