Feel sick and tried

I have only just starting taking propranolol on Monday n I feel sick n tried it is them working? I'm so scared ☹️

I have a med fear I am dreadful to be honest , even a vitamin I believe gives me side effects yet I know deep down my anxiety creates this

Meds like you are taking usually take weeks and up to 3 months to work , you have to give them time and sometimes you feel worse before you feel better but can be worth going through that as the end result could be positive

I doubt if they are causing you to feel as you do after just 3 days , could be more to do with your anxiety , try telling yourself you will stick with them at least 4 weeks and see how you feel then and come back and let us know

Ok thank u I just feel like I can't even walk to the Loo with out feeling like I'm gunna have a panic attack xxxx

I know , it is dreadful when you feel like this but the fear feeds the anxiety and it becomes a viscous circle

If you really feel though the meds are having an affect on you then phone the chemist or your Doctor and have a word and see what they have to say

Look after yourself and take it easy till you start picking up and you will x

Hi. Don't be scared on propronol,

They are a good anxiety buster or more accurately control the physical symptoms.

It takes 3 weeks to a month to really kick in.

I was on them for a while.

If the tiredness is a side effect you are experiencing it will pass.

I kept getting hot flushes when I started on them but it will pass.

Try not to worry, (I know right)

But you will be fine.

If you are really concerned talk to your doctor but you should be OK.
