Hi there, sorry to hear your suffering, anxiety causes so many symptoms in the body including headaches. I have my own ways of dealing with my anxiety. Dosnt always work but I try everyday to overcome it. Some days are easier than others. Hope you can find some help on here. Even if it's just to get your feelings out. Take care and thinking of you🙏🏻
