Im scared and nervous that my anxiety and vertigo and depression will act up in college i feel like its acting up now actually :(and i been feeling really spaced out and not like me could it be me just overthinking i really need advice and kind words :(

Hi

Yes over thinking is definitely the enemy of the anxious mind . I think we are all guilty of that and we are too sensitive and this is our common link .

I am sure others will come on with some good advice for you as the day unfolds. Meanwhile take care and try your best to relax.

yes we are over thinkers!! That's what we do! Lol I have vertigo as well. And when it acts up, which seems like all the time, my anxiety goes through the roof! Ughhh I try and keep feeling myself, this is me. This is the cross I have to carry. I live with anxiety and panic attacks. This is me. Sometimes it will be terrible and sometimes not so bad. Maybe just try and tell yourself that? Like there will be times in college that it'll feel like hell, but YOU know you've made it through anxiety before and you will do it again. Hope this helps and congrats to being in your way to college!

Yes and sometimes it gets the best of me but i manage to calm myself down and so truee some days are good some are badd & that is totally truee thank you im so nervous lol (: and thaanks for the advicee and words it really helps out so much ❤

Hi Nicolee, I'm the queen of overthinking😁I've done it as long as I can remember so it's become a habit now!! So!! As soon as I start doing it I actually tell myself to stop!! Acting out scenarios in my head of all that could wrong!! Then comes the anxiety and all that goes with that!!! I take my mind off it by doing something!! Go for a walk because that lifts the spirits! Listen to music, happy music !! Say to yourself you won't let those thoughts have the power over you!! You need to distract yourself when the thoughts start up. Good luck sweetie, you will get there in the end 🙏🏻

Samee heree i imagine the most crazy things then im just like stop!!! Lol its crazy how the mind works 😢and thaank you iknow i will make imade it out before i could do it again thanks for the advice its really appreciated (:
