Hi everyone ive been really angry just lately keep snapping at my husband and also feel on edge all the time and the horrible feeling of doom im normally such a lovely bubbly loving person but just lately im just so grumpy ive got no get up and go just get up and gone !!!! Im hardly eating i dont like being like this i know part of it is grief and anxiety but im on medication and nothing seems to be lifting me xx
