i had a pretty decent day, until now 2:49am and my had is at it with pains pressures and confused dont kno what to think or concentrate, every little pain in arm,back,head its freaking me out!! i got to work at 7 and havent been to sleep i feel my body is tensed and tight i cant relax i got real nauseated
