Have a holter monitor on today and had a couple of instances - so I'm really happy about that and I have my first session of EMDR tomorrow in the AM!

I also hit my sales goal for the month. So no stress there. Btw, for people with anxiety, sales is a battlefield!

What's a holter monitor? Congrats on achieving your goal! I did broadcast sales for 10yrs and I'll never go back! 100% commission is way to stressful!

It's a heart monitor that I have to wear for 24 hours and it logs if there's anything irregular. I have a few weird things that happen from time to time and I just wanted to be sure.

I'm looking forward to getting out of sales, even after my anxietys gone!

Hi rockster, oh that's good that you had a couple instances when wearing the holter monitor. I feel the same, it's defeats the purpose if your heart is calm the whole time. I'm sure it will be benign. Good Luck tomorrow on your first EMDR. Hope it goes well. Let us know.

Wow! Congratulations on reaching your sales goal. How are you able to deal with all those people? I only deal with customers maybe 4 to 13 hours a week and I am absolutely drained from it. I wore an event monitor for a month and it made my anxiety worse. That machine was constantly going off. I have heard of "Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing" and I hopefully I will try it someday. Keep us all posted on your EMDR journey. God Bless You☺
