This happens to me all the time :/ what's exactly is keeping you up? Anxious thoughts?
Have you tried yoga? It helps a lot, trust me. It relaxes the mind and the muscles. It takes time, but you should often remind yourself that your mind is very powerful and can cause your brain to make. body do certain things without you even realizing it. Hope this helps 😉
Have you tried taking Magnesium? It's good for calming nerves, regulates your heart and helps with sleeping too. I take 250mg a day. Ask your doc about taking it.
GO TO BED AT THE SAME TIME WITH WARM MILK
AND A CAT ON YOUR BED
