Bad Morning Feeling

Why do I always feel so stressed /anxious in the morning, I wake up and take my meds around 07.30 and feel shaky & nauseous for about the next 2 hours, this is my 4th week I would have expected my system to be used to them by now. Anyone else experience this. (I'm on 20mg Citalopram).

I have that same feeling when I wake up and it drives me crazy after a decent night's sleep.  I've been taking sertraline but only two weeks in so maybe the effects haven't started yet.

But I would think that after 4 weeks of taking your pills you would feel some results.  Possibly go back and explain to your doctor and he might change your dose or prescribe something else.

That's what I was thinking too, I do feel much better as the day wears on and in the evening I feel like I'm cured!, then next morning bang, I was wondering about changing the time I took my meds if that would make a difference ? Hope u see improvement sn, it's just a waiting game tho x
