Numbness
Hi mine go like that most night if you worried i suggest you see your doctor it might be how you are laying or carpal tunnel syndrome or just tension from too much anxiety .xxx
I meant I wasn't lay on them sorry lol
I used to wake up to my little fingers tingling too I always wondered why just the little fingers it didn't make sense and still doesn't but be assured it is anxiety because I have this year's ago and nothing came of it but the more you worry the more it will happen, as soon as you believe it's anxiety and don't get worked up by it it will go trust me I've been there 😊
Hi mrworry. It doesn't have to do so much as laying on them that causes the numbness, but the position of your wrist while sleeping. There are so many nerves that lead from the wrist to the fingers and when we are anxious, we tend to bend our hands inward causing the numbness and tingling to occur. Of course once you get up and start moving around, the circulation gets better and it goes away. I do have carpal tunnel but I've noticed that because of the anxiety and stress, I do tend to curl my hands inward when I sleep. Those are not really the signs of a stroke. Take care.
