Hi.. I'm not sure what happened to me but I was having a good laugh with a friend and laughed so hard I started to feel dizzy it passed when i stopped laughing but left me feeling a bit weird.. I've suffered anxiety and fibromyalgia for years but this is a first and very worrying.. Just wondered if anyone else had anything similar happen to them xx

Hi cat13, I too have anxiety and fibromyalgia for years.  Laughing is good for the soul but still uses the same muscles in the face and head that stress produces.  Your already tight muscles just reacted to a good laugh that made you dizzy.  You did a positive thing for your brain by sending out endorphins.  A few deep breathes are good to use should that happen again to relax the tight muscles in your head.  x

You know cat13, feeling any kind of emotion puts me over the edge whether it's laughing, crying or hearing a song that brings back memories, I feel it in my head all the time.  I hate that.
