Hello

If you feel this is what you need to do then you must go and let them check you out

Hope everything is fine which I feel it will be :-)

Let us know how you get on :-)

Take Care x

Hi bounce

I just don't get what else it can be other than something medical... I'm sure anxiety attacks do not last this long? My heart rate has been been fast and making me feel short of breath for  6hours now

They can you no

I have had times in the past where my heart has felt like it is chasing for days and thought is this ever going to stop and it has been anxiety and feels like a constant attack

The only thing I have never done is take my pulse because if we are anxious it is going to be all over the place

You have been checked out before and if they keep saying everything is fine then it points to anxiety

I would go back and see your Doctor you need to tell them this is getting worse and not better and you need more support

Try and relax I am sure this will pass but like I said to someone earlier that was panicking if you feel you need to go then do

I hope you manage to get some sleep , my Mum used to tell me to shut my eyes and count sheep , not sure why this was when I was a kid but it worked I would fall asleep counting these imaginary sheep lol

Take Care x

Hiya, I also have a really high resting heart rate - partly because I smoke and not really very fit and my anxiety. I was taught to focus on my breathing, breathing exercises are invaluable to me and have changed things quite dramatically so I highly recommend you give them a go. key-hypnosis.com/Self-Help/...

I also took up Yoga which is amazing for helping to get some balance back.

Hope you are feeling better x
