For some reason my chest has been very painful for the last 6 weeks or so it just seems to come on out of no where even when im not anxious but this feeling does scare me because I think I'm going to suffocate or something. it's from one pec to another I've been to the doctors many times about it and each time they've said its anxiety but it's very annoying and scary. Is it anxiety if so how do I shift it?
